The restaurant Subai specializes in traditional European and Japanese cuisine, as well as cuisine of the North Caucasus peoples. A diverse cuisine is at your service, where the best chefs work on creating dishes from the best quality products. Restaurant's interior is made in modern style, panoramic view of the forest and mountains will create a special atmosphere for your breakfast, lunch or dinner. The restaurant is suitable for a banquet, party, buffet and even a small wedding. The restaurant is located on the first floor of the hotel.

During the day in the restaurant guests can taste Caucasian, European and Japanese cuisine. The menu is available in the restaurant hall. If desired, the guest can order a dish by a certain time through the reception. Menu orders are accepted until 22-00 hours. Alcoholic beverages are not served in the restaurant, but it is not prohibited to bring your own.
